Returns + Exchanges



To exchange your product for another size or return it please post your parcel to the following address, please ensure the slip is printed and included.

We accept returns or exchanges up to 28 days after the order is delivered. All returns or exchanges must be unworn and in the same condition that you received them and in its original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. If the return is in the same condition it was sent then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next contact your bank. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
